Bostik 920 is a single component, gun grade, fast set urethane adhesive/sealant that cures by being exposed to moisture. The innovative material will cure as an extremely tough, resilient sealant that exhibits excellent tear and abrasion resistance while retaining elastomeric properties. It has exceptional adhesion to most common substrates including all woods, FRP, metal and most plastics. This product can be used as an adhesive or sealant. It is strongly recommended for any marine application above or below the water line. It is well suited for sealing hardware around windows and doors, hull seams, keel joints and undermoldings.
Bostik 920 FS has a work life of 70 minutes and a tack free time of 90 minutes. Curing time at 77°F will be 1 and a half to 3 days. Hardness Shore A is 37 and the modulus at 100% elongation is 65 psi. Tensile strength is 267 psi and elongation is 850%. This advance product has excellent resistance to the ozone and good heat and aging resistance. Bostik 920 has a temperature resistance from -40 to 180°F.

When stored at or below 80°F, Bostik Fast Set 920 polyurethane adhesive will have a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture. Cured sealant can be removed with a sharp blade. Excess sealant on all surfaces and tools can be cleaned by using Bostik hand and tool towels.
